Inedible
Ive had the Healthy Choice Power Bowl Spicy Black Bean and Chicken in the past. This one was inedible and thrown out.
The majority of the bowl was very thick spicy sauce with not much else.
Seemed as though they left out the chicken and riced cauliflower. Wow!!!

- A 71-year-old widow relies on pre-made meals.
- Your brand is top of her list and she buys a lot.
- She worries about choking from bones in meals.
They won't get back to you. So you need to be one big pest, until you drive them crazy. I didn't follow my own rule.

I am a 71 year old woman who lost her husband. I do not like to cook anymore so I've been eating nothing but pre-made meals.
Your brand is at the top of my list to buy (I buy a lot at one time). Being by myself for the first time in my life you get to start worrying about all the little things that could happen. Choking is one of those things. See the attached picture of bones.

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes meal was chewy
Meat was tough had to use a knife to cut it and the corn was chewy probably old. For me the meat should not be mixed with mashed potatoes.

I been buying healthy choice cafe steamers beff teriyaki for a long time and loved them. but lately there is hardley any sauce and ie is no taste buy carrots. very disappointed.

I ate the balsamic garlic steak frozen meal last night. I was disappointed that the portions were incredibly small, hardly any mashed potatoes and a few bites of steak. I will not buy again.

- Vegetables quality declined.
- Chicken in Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo With Broccoli was hard to chew.
- Beef Merlot smaller and less tender.
The vegetables are no longer of high quality, but most of all, what have you done to the meats? I was literally unable to chew a lot of the pieces of chicken (if it really was) in the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo With Broccoli.
I actually had to spit it out. The size and tenderness of the Beef Merlot has been compromised, too. There also seems to be less in the bowls.
Guys, I really loved the freshness and quality of your products. I understand that everything has skyrocketed in price but please don't change your quality.
I live on a fixed income and can't afford a huge increase but if it means having a good dinner of high quality I would be willing to. These dinners are what I actually eat at least 5 days a week and I depend on you to keep me healthy
Preferred solution: I wanted to understand why they changed to very low quality ingredients. I still had about 6 dinners left. Can't eat them.They didn't even respond to my inquiry. I will reach out to my friends and family to insure they no longer purchase them

Wood in barbecue cafe steamer.
I found wood inside of my Barbeque Cafe Steamer. I was eating it like normal and felt something that was difficult to chew, after taking it out my mouth, I found out it was wood pieces!

Allergic Reaction
- Ate Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Beef Chimicurri.
- Tongue numbness and throat lump occurred.
- Breathing trouble; EpiPen used.
- Box didn't note shellfish.
On September 1st 2025, my daughter had the Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Beef Chimicurri for dinner. After the 2nd bite she began to feel numbness on her tongue.
Then she would swallow and felt a ball in her throat. She is allergic to shellfish and nowhere on the box did it say anything about shellfish. As time passed, her symptoms got worse, she was having difficulty breathing. She took 2 Benadryls but still didnt feel better.
She then injected the EpiPen medicine and within 30 minutes felt better. We had to call 911 so they could check her breathing and lungs. I want to make sure no one else ever goes through this scare that we went through. In a minutes time she couldve gotten much worse.
I know that your brand carries shrimp products so maybe there was cross contamination.
I hope this email
Is taken seriously and that actions are taken to prevent this situation from happening gain, it is a life and death matter when someone has a severe allergy. Thank you
